1. About this draft
This framework outlines the topics the final Our Life Pack Privacy Policy will cover and the commitments we intend it to reflect. Our Life Pack is provided by Crème Mind AI LLC (“we,” “us”). Because the app is not yet released, specific details — such as service providers, retention periods, and regional rights — will be completed before launch.
2. Information we expect to process
- Account information — such as your name or display name, email address, and sign-in method.
- Life Pack information — such as titles, dates, notes, recollections, people, places, and sharing settings, which may sync across your devices.
- Media — photos, videos, and voice memories. By default these remain on your device. Media is stored in our cloud only if you use optional cloud backup or share it.
- Subscription information — your plan and entitlement status.
- Operational data — limited technical information such as crash reports, performance data, and feature-usage counts.
3. How we intend to use information
- To provide Our Life Pack, sync your account, and deliver the sharing you choose.
- To provide optional features you use, such as cloud backup and AI assistance.
- To keep the service secure, diagnose problems, and provide support.
- To manage subscriptions.
4. What we will not do
- We will not use your private photos, videos, audio, Life Pack text, exact private locations, contacts, or face data for advertising or ad targeting.
- We will not make your Life Packs public unless you explicitly publish a Public Story.
- We will not give anyone access to your Life Packs because they appear in them or share a plan with you.
5. Sharing and visibility
Life Packs are private by default. Content is visible to others only when you share it, and only to the extent you choose. Shared links can be revoked, though revocation cannot erase copies a recipient already saved.
6. AI processing
AI features are designed to suggest rather than act. We prefer on-device processing where practical. When remote processing is needed, we intend to send only what is necessary for the action you requested. The final policy will describe the providers involved and their data handling.
7. Advertising
The Free plan may display light advertising on low-sensitivity screens. Ads will not appear inside private Life Packs or shared pages, and will not be targeted using your private content. Paid plans are ad-free.
8. Security
We intend to use transport encryption and server-side encryption, along with account and session protections. See our security overview. We do not claim end-to-end encryption.
9. Your choices and rights
- Export your data in human-readable and machine-readable formats.
- Delete Life Packs and your account.
- Control sharing, location visibility, face grouping, and resurfacing features.
Rights that apply in your location will be described in the final policy.
10. Retention and deletion
Deleting a Life Pack removes the collection and its access; it does not delete original media on your device or contributors’ originals. Account deletion will follow a documented process and retention window, to be specified in the final policy.
11. Children
Any features for children or teens, including managed accounts, will require legal and platform review before they are offered. The final policy will address age requirements.
